Tina helped me to see the positive and to phrase things to myself in a positive manner
I worked with Tina Schmidt as my nurse coach during the month of May. We started our first session with discussions about fitness, but that soon took a turn to talk about my state of mind and all the mid-life changes that were happening in my life. (Kids growing up and off to college, husband retiring, working part-time, menopause, weight gain, were just some of the “changes” that came pouring out of me.) Tina was quick to adapt, and she gave great guidance and helped me navigate my feelings through our sessions.
Through her coaching, I have learned to be mindful of my feelings and really take the time to listen to myself. I am much more self-aware and plan to prioritize myself more than I have in past.
